根据相似原理,以攀钢120 t转炉为原型,应用冷态模拟的方法对复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件进行了研究.用L25(56)和L8(27)正交表安排试验,通过考察各因素对混合均匀时间τm(s)等指标影响的显著程度,得出了复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件为:
Q′t=17.43Nm3/h,Q′B=0.602Nm3/h,H′B=188mm,W′=128.8mm,h′t=180(或160)mm.
根據相似原理,以攀鋼120 t轉爐為原型,應用冷態模擬的方法對複吹轉爐提釩的最佳工藝條件進行瞭研究.用L25(56)和L8(27)正交錶安排試驗,通過攷察各因素對混閤均勻時間τm(s)等指標影響的顯著程度,得齣瞭複吹轉爐提釩的最佳工藝條件為:

Using Pan-steel 120t converter as the prototype,the optimum technological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was studied by means of hydrodynamic modeling with similarity theory.Orthogonal list L25(56) and L8 (27) were used in the test.Having investigated the influence of main factors on mix uniform time(τm),the optimum thechnological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was as follows:Q′t=17.43Nm3/h,Q′B=0.602Nm3/h,H′B=188mm,W′=128.8mm,h′t=180(or 160)mm.
