等速板是离心机浇注系统中的关键部件,其形状精度直接影响铸管的质量。本文通过对离心铸管机机液倾翻机构的分析,推导出等速板曲线的轨迹方程,利用计算机仿真拟合得到曲线,然后在数控机床上加工出实物,并取得了满意的效果。
等速闆是離心機澆註繫統中的關鍵部件,其形狀精度直接影響鑄管的質量。本文通過對離心鑄管機機液傾翻機構的分析,推導齣等速闆麯線的軌跡方程,利用計算機倣真擬閤得到麯線,然後在數控機床上加工齣實物,併取得瞭滿意的效果。

The equivelocity board is a key part in the centrifugal casting machine system. Its shape precision directly affect the quality of the pipe. In this paper, we derived the trail equations of the equivelocity board curve by analyzing the mechanical-hydraulic overturn apparatus of the centrifugal casting machine, and obtained the curve by computer simulation.Based on this, the equivelocity board was manufactured by a numerical control machine, and the result is satisfactory.
