采用γ射线辐射法在非水体系中成功地合成出具有一定形状的硫化镉纳米粒子。分别以无水乙醇及体积比为1:1的无水乙醇与苯的混合溶液为溶剂,以二硫化碳和单质硫为硫源。当辐照时,产生的溶剂化电子把二硫化碳或单质硫还原成S2-,S2-迅速与Cd2+形成CdS沉淀。研究发现,不同的溶剂和反应物对产物的晶相、粒径存在着影响。

Cadmium sulfide nano-particles with certain shapes have been sucessfully synthesized via γ-ray irradiation in the non-water system. Absolute ethanol and a mixed solution of ethanol and benzene with the volume ratio of 1:1 are used as the solvents, and carbon disulfide and sulfur powders as the sulfur ions source, respectively. When the solutions are irradiated, carbon disulfide or sulfur element is reduced into S2- by the produced solvational electrons. CdS is precipitated through the combining reaction of S2- and Cd2+ ions. The investigation reveals that the phases and sizes of the products are affected by different solvents and sulfur ions sources.
