目的：探讨经直肠超声检查(Transrectal Ultrasonography,TRUS)对男性不育中精囊疾病诊断应用。方法：TRUS声像图结果与临床诊断和精液检查对照。结果：本文总结分析了15例不育症患者精囊的声像图，表现有慢性炎症、钙化、萎缩、畸形等。结论：经直肠超声检查对男性不育精囊疾病是一种有价值的检测手段。

목적：탐토경직장초성검사(Transrectal Ultrasonography,TRUS)대남성불육중정낭질병진단응용。방법：TRUS성상도결과여림상진단화정액검사대조。결과：본문총결분석료15례불육증환자정낭적성상도，표현유만성염증、개화、위축、기형등。결론：경직장초성검사대남성불육정낭질병시일충유개치적검측수단。
Objective:To approach the application of transrectal ultrasonography(TRUS)for seminal vesicular disease in male infertility.Methods：The results of TRUS were compared with clinical examination and semen analyses.Results:The image appearances of fifteen male infertility patients which were chronic inflammations,calcification,atrophy and deformities etc.were reported in this paper.Conclusions:TRUS may be one of the most valuable sensitive techniques for the diagnosis of seminal vesicular disease in male infertility.
