目的:研究商陆皂苷甲(EsA)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激兔滑膜细胞产生白介素1(IL-1)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的影响。方法:用胸腺细胞增殖法和用L929细胞作靶细胞的生物测定法,分别检测与EsA共育的受LPS刺激的兔滑膜细胞培养上清中IL-1和TNF的含量。结果:EsA在5~40 μg/ml范围内能明显抑制LPS诱导兔滑膜细胞产生IL-1和TNF。结论:EsA可抑制滑膜细胞产生IL-1和TNF的作用提示其可能有助于消除类风湿性关节炎的关节炎症。
目的:研究商陸皂苷甲(EsA)對脂多糖(LPS)刺激兔滑膜細胞產生白介素1(IL-1)和腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)的影響。方法:用胸腺細胞增殖法和用L929細胞作靶細胞的生物測定法,分彆檢測與EsA共育的受LPS刺激的兔滑膜細胞培養上清中IL-1和TNF的含量。結果:EsA在5~40 μg/ml範圍內能明顯抑製LPS誘導兔滑膜細胞產生IL-1和TNF。結論:EsA可抑製滑膜細胞產生IL-1和TNF的作用提示其可能有助于消除類風濕性關節炎的關節炎癥。
목적:연구상륙조감갑(EsA)대지다당(LPS)자격토활막세포산생백개소1(IL-1)화종류배사인자(TNF)적영향。방법:용흉선세포증식법화용L929세포작파세포적생물측정법,분별검측여EsA공육적수LPS자격적토활막세포배양상청중IL-1화TNF적함량。결과:EsA재5~40 μg/ml범위내능명현억제LPS유도토활막세포산생IL-1화TNF。결론:EsA가억제활막세포산생IL-1화TNF적작용제시기가능유조우소제류풍습성관절염적관절염증。
Objective: To investigate the influence of esculentoside A(EsA) on production of IL-1 and TNF by rabbit synovial cells induced by LPS. Methods: levels of IL-1 and TNF in the supernatant of rabbit synovial cell were determined by examining proliferation of thymic cells and by bioassay L929 cells as target cells, respectively. Results: EsA in 5-40 μg/ml could significantly inhibit the production of IL-1 and TNF from rabbit synovial cells induced by LPS. Conclusion: EsA can inhibit the production of IL-1 and TNF from synovial cells. It suggests that EsA may play a role in improving the rheumatoid arthritis.
