目的:探索出一种快速检测全血中铁、锌、钙、镁、铜、铅和镉微量元素的方法.方法:微波消解血样,用火焰原子吸收法测定铁、锌、钙、镁和铜,石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅和镉.结果:方法的最低检测浓度分别为5.00、0.10、3.50、0.30、0.05μg/ml,5.00和0.50 ng/ml.加标回收率分别为93.5%~96.0%,100.0%~105.0%,94.0%~99.0%,98.0%~99.0%,100.5%~103.0%,96.0%~102.0%和100.0%~110.0%.RSD分别为4.30%~5.24%,0.86%~1.35%,5.58%~7.14%,2.59%~3.09%,0.86%~1.04%,4.33%~7.52%和2.56%~4.77%.结论:测定方法结果满意.
