为提高中药材银杏叶的品质,对隧道式干燥机干燥银杏叶的工艺参数进行试验研究.以风温、风速、隧道长度为试验因素,以干制银杏叶黄酮含量和干燥时间为试验指标,通过三因素五水平的二次通用旋转组合设计的回归试验,得到隧道式干燥机干燥银杏叶的最佳工艺参数为:风温63.8℃、风速1.5 m/s、隧道长度3.46 m,验证试验获得银杏叶黄酮含量2.295 g/100g、干燥时间2.65 h.

In order to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine gingko leaf, the process parameters were optimized on the drying of gingko leaf in the tunnel-type dryer through regression experiment of the second general rotation design, taking the air temperture, wind speed and tunnel length as the experimental factors,and taking the flavanone content of gingko leaf and drying time as the targets. The research indicated:The optimum parameters were as follous: air temperature 63.8 ℃,wind speed 1.5 m/s,tunnel length 3. 46 m,. And the flavanone content of gingko leaf is 2. 295 g/100 g for 2.65 h drying.
