健康大菱鲆口服100 mg·kg~(-1)(鱼体重)甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)后,利用高效液相色谱仪测定TMP在大菱鲆肌肉、血液、肾脏、肝脏含量的变化,并用3P87药代动力学软件分析药代动力学参数.结果表明:TMP在肌肉、血液、肾脏、肝脏4种组织中的含量-时间数据均符合一级吸收二室开放模型,达峰时间分别为18. 32、16. 19、25. 36、13. 64 h,达峰含量分别为35. 05、38. 16、34. 75、38. 32 μg·mL~(-1),消除半衰期分别为45. 11、40. 32、36. 68、48. 75 h.可见,在口服条件下,TMP在大菱鲆体内的吸收与消除较慢,含量高,维持时间长.

건강대릉평구복100 mg·kg~(-1)(어체중)갑양변안밀정(TMP)후,이용고효액상색보의측정TMP재대릉평기육、혈액、신장、간장함량적변화,병용3P87약대동역학연건분석약대동역학삼수.결과표명:TMP재기육、혈액、신장、간장4충조직중적함량-시간수거균부합일급흡수이실개방모형,체봉시간분별위18. 32、16. 19、25. 36、13. 64 h,체봉함량분별위35. 05、38. 16、34. 75、38. 32 μg·mL~(-1),소제반쇠기분별위45. 11、40. 32、36. 68、48. 75 h.가견,재구복조건하,TMP재대릉평체내적흡수여소제교만,함량고,유지시간장.
The article reports the pharmacokinetics of trimethoprim (TMP) in Scophthatmus maximus after oral administration. Serial muscle, blood, kidney and liver samples were obtained and assayed by reversed-phase high performance liquidchromatography, and the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3P87. The results showed a two-compartment open model best fits the data in the four tissues. The major pharmacokinetic parameters in muscle, blood, kidney and liver were as follows: Times when maxium concentration was obtained were 18. 32, 16. 19, 25. 36 and 13. 64 h; Maxium concentrations were 35. 05, 38. 16, 34. 75 and 38. 32 μg·mL~(-1); elimination half-lifes were 45. 11, 40. 32, 36. 68 and 48. 75 h. It suggested that the assimilation and elimination of TMP were slower, the level of blood concentration was higher and the maintain time was longer in S.maximus.
