为研究在钢-轻骨料混凝土组合梁和组合板结构中所使用的开孔钢板连接件的抗剪承载能力和剪切刚度等受力性能,采用了推出试验方法,完成了6个采用轻骨料混凝土的开孔钢板连接件推出试件的试验研究,在试验研究中着重考察了开孔钢板连接件的孔洞直径和开孔钢板连接件端部承压方式对剪切连接件受力性能的影响.试验研究结果表明:(1)总体表现为端部承压构件极限承载能力远高于端部不承压构件,因为在端部承压构件中,开孔钢板连接件受到端部混凝土阻挡,因而其极限承载能力相埘较高;(2)开孔钢板连接件中孔洞直径对开孔钢板抗剪强度有明显影响,孔洞直径越大,极限承载力也越大;(3)开孔钢板连接件具有很高的抗剪强度和刚度,具有较好推广应用价值.
為研究在鋼-輕骨料混凝土組閤樑和組閤闆結構中所使用的開孔鋼闆連接件的抗剪承載能力和剪切剛度等受力性能,採用瞭推齣試驗方法,完成瞭6箇採用輕骨料混凝土的開孔鋼闆連接件推齣試件的試驗研究,在試驗研究中著重攷察瞭開孔鋼闆連接件的孔洞直徑和開孔鋼闆連接件耑部承壓方式對剪切連接件受力性能的影響.試驗研究結果錶明:(1)總體錶現為耑部承壓構件極限承載能力遠高于耑部不承壓構件,因為在耑部承壓構件中,開孔鋼闆連接件受到耑部混凝土阻擋,因而其極限承載能力相塒較高;(2)開孔鋼闆連接件中孔洞直徑對開孔鋼闆抗剪彊度有明顯影響,孔洞直徑越大,極限承載力也越大;(3)開孔鋼闆連接件具有很高的抗剪彊度和剛度,具有較好推廣應用價值.

To study the shearing capacity and shearing rigidity of perfobond connector that used in steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams and composite slab structures, experimental researches on six perfobond connector specimens of lightweight aggregate concrete have been conducted with Push-out test. The experimental researches focus on the influences of the end bearing and diameter of perfobond connector on the mechanical behavior of the shear connector. The analysis results show that: firstly, the ultimate capacity of the end beating perfobond connector specimens is much higher than those without end bearing, because perfobond connectors are subjected to the end concrete block ; secondly, the diameter of perfobond connector has significant effect on the shearing capacity of perfobond connector and the larger diameter of the holes, the higher the ultimate bearing capacity is; lastly, the perfobond connect has comparative high shearing capacity and sheafing rigidity and is available for wider applications.
