综述了基因芯片在卷烟危害性评价中的应用,基因芯片可以从全基因组转录水平分析卷烟烟气对基因表达的影响,并可通过差异表达基因寻求生物标志物.卷烟烟气导致差异表达基因主要属于: 氧化应激反应类、异源物代谢类、炎症/免疫反应类、基质降解类.并且,基因芯片可从差异表达基因角度区分不同商品卷烟.评价卷烟危害性,基因芯片存在优势及不足,基因芯片结合其它生物学技术将在卷烟危害性评价发挥重要作用.

Application of DNA microarray technologies to cigarette smoke risk evaluation was reviewed. With DNA microarray technologies, the effects of cigarette smoke on gene expression were comprehensively studied and the biomarker of human exposing to smoke was identified. Cigarette smoke-induced differentially expressed genes can be divided into different groups: oxidative stress response, xenobiotic metabolism, inflammation/immune response, and matrix degradation. In view of differential expressed genes, microarray can preferably distinguish different commercially cigarettes. Both advantage and disadvantage exist in microarray, and if combined with other molecular biological technologies, DNA microarray technologies will play an important role in cigarette smoke risk evaluation.
