Urothelial carcinoma of the bladder%TGFBR3
目的 探讨膀胱尿路上皮癌中转化生长因子-βⅢ型受体( TGFBR3)表达及临床意义.方法 收集32对膀胱尿路上皮癌及癌旁组织,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应( Real-timePCR)检测TGFBR3 mRNA的表达,分析其与临床分期、病理分级等的相关性.结果 32对样本中均有TGFBR3mRNA表达,膀胱癌组织中表达量为2.25±0.65,明显低于癌旁组织6.42±1.53(P＜0.05).非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(Tis～T1)中TGFBR3 mRNA表达量为1.94±0.76,肌层浸润性膀胱癌(T2～T4)为2.46 ±0.97(P ＞0.05).TGFBR3 mRNA在淋巴结转移的膀胱癌中为6.05±2.55,明显高于无淋巴结转移1.37±o.42(P ＜0.05).病理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱癌中TGFBR3 mRNA表达量分别为:4.15 ±1.69、1.96 ±0.68、0.90 ±0.65(P ＞0.05).男性患者中TGFBR3 mRNA表达量为2.25±0.72,女性为2.26±1.42(P＞0.05).结论 TGFBR3表达异常与膀胱癌关系密切,它对膀胱癌的发生、发展过程有一定的作用.

목적 탐토방광뇨로상피암중전화생장인자-βⅢ형수체( TGFBR3)표체급림상의의.방법 수집32대방광뇨로상피암급암방조직,채용실시형광정량취합매련반응( Real-timePCR)검측TGFBR3 mRNA적표체,분석기여림상분기、병리분급등적상관성.결과 32대양본중균유TGFBR3mRNA표체,방광암조직중표체량위2.25±0.65,명현저우암방조직6.42±1.53(P＜0.05).비기층침윤성방광암(Tis～T1)중TGFBR3 mRNA표체량위1.94±0.76,기층침윤성방광암(T2～T4)위2.46 ±0.97(P ＞0.05).TGFBR3 mRNA재림파결전이적방광암중위6.05±2.55,명현고우무림파결전이1.37±o.42(P ＜0.05).병리Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ급방광암중TGFBR3 mRNA표체량분별위:4.15 ±1.69、1.96 ±0.68、0.90 ±0.65(P ＞0.05).남성환자중TGFBR3 mRNA표체량위2.25±0.72,녀성위2.26±1.42(P＞0.05).결론 TGFBR3표체이상여방광암관계밀절,타대방광암적발생、발전과정유일정적작용.
Objective To investigate the expression of type Ⅲ transforming growth factor-β receptor (TGFBR3) mRNA in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (BUC) and its clinical significance.Methods Fresh tissues of BUC and adjacent normal bladder tissues were obtained from 32 patients with BUC.TGFBR3 mRNA expression in these specimens was measured by Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results Lower expression of TGFBR3 transcripts was detected in BUC (2.25 ± 0.65 ) than in adjacent normal tissues (6.42 ± 1.53,P ＜ 0.05 ).The expression level of TGFBR3 mRNA in stage Tis-T1,T2-T4 was 1.94 ± 0.76,2.46 ± 0.97; in patients with and without lymph nodes metastasis was 6.05 ± 2.55,1.37 ±0.42;in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 4.15 ± 1.69,1.96 ±0.68 and 0.90 ±0.65;in male and female group was 2.25 ± 0.72,2.26 ± 1.42.TGFBR3 mRNA level did not correlate with grade,stage and gender ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Higher level of expression was associated with lymph nodes metastasis ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Abnormal expression of TGFBR3 plays an important role in BUC.TGFBR3 may participate in the pathogenesis and development of BUC.
