目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中及良性肿瘤组织中的表达规律,COX-2与HGF受体蛋白C-met表达的关系及COX-2在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义.方法应用SP免疫组织化学方法 ,检测C-met蛋白表达资料完整的60例乳腺浸润性导管癌,20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达情况.结果环氧化酶-2蛋白在60例乳腺浸润导管癌组织中表达的阳性率为70.0%,其与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移、C-met蛋白表达密切相关(P＜0.05),而与患者年龄、月经情况无相关(P＞0.05).COX-2在乳腺癌组织之中的表达显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(P＜0.01).结论 COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展转移密切相关,COX-2在乳腺癌的治疗和预后中可能起重要作用.

Objective To explore the regularity of expression of COX-2 in the breast cancer and benign tumor and the relationship between expression of COX-2 and C-met, and its significance in the development and metastasis of the breast cancer.Methods The expression of COX-2 was measured by immmunohistochemical assay in 60 cases of infiltrative type of breast duct carcinoma tissue and 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma and all the cases complete dates.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 was 70.00% in the breast carcinoma.Overexpression of COX-2 was significantly correlated with tumor size,histologic grade, axillary lymph nod metastasis, clinical stages, expression of C-met (P＜0.05), but it was insignificantly correlated with ages, menstruatiion (P＞0.05).The expression of COX-2 was sig-nificantly higher in the breast carcinoma than that in the breast fibroadenoma( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions The overexpression of COX-2 is closed correlated with the development and metastasis of breast carcino-ma.COX-2 may play a certain role in evalution prognosis and clinical treatment.
