目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中及良性肿瘤组织中的表达规律,COX-2与HGF受体蛋白C-met表达的关系及COX-2在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义.方法 应用SP免疫组织化学方法 ,检测C-met蛋白表达资料完整的60例乳腺浸润性导管癌,20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达情况.结果 环氧化酶-2蛋白在60例乳腺浸润导管癌组织中表达的阳性率为70.0%,其与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移、C-met蛋白表达密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、月经情况无相关(P>0.05).COX-2在乳腺癌组织之中的表达显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(P<0.01).结论 COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展转移密切相关,COX-2在乳腺癌的治疗和预后中可能起重要作用.

목적 탐토배양화매-2(COX-2)재유선암조직중급량성종류조직중적표체규률,COX-2여HGF수체단백C-met표체적관계급COX-2재유선암발생발전중적의의.방법 응용SP면역조직화학방법 ,검측C-met단백표체자료완정적60례유선침윤성도관암,20례유선섬유선류조직중배양화매-2(COX-2)적표체정황.결과 배양화매-2단백재60례유선침윤도관암조직중표체적양성솔위70.0%,기여유선암종류대소、조직학분급、림상분기、림파결전이、C-met단백표체밀절상관(P<0.05),이여환자년령、월경정황무상관(P>0.05).COX-2재유선암조직지중적표체현저고우유선섬유선류조직(P<0.01).결론 COX-2재유선암조직중적고표체여유선암적발생발전전이밀절상관,COX-2재유선암적치료화예후중가능기중요작용.
Objective To explore the regularity of expression of COX-2 in the breast cancer and benign tumor and the relationship between expression of COX-2 and C-met, and its significance in the development and metastasis of the breast cancer.Methods The expression of COX-2 was measured by immmunohistochemical assay in 60 cases of infiltrative type of breast duct carcinoma tissue and 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma and all the cases complete dates.Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 was 70.00% in the breast carcinoma.Overexpression of COX-2 was significantly correlated with tumor size,histologic grade, axillary lymph nod metastasis, clinical stages, expression of C-met (P<0.05), but it was insignificantly correlated with ages, menstruatiion (P>0.05).The expression of COX-2 was sig-nificantly higher in the breast carcinoma than that in the breast fibroadenoma( P <0.01 ).Conclusions The overexpression of COX-2 is closed correlated with the development and metastasis of breast carcino-ma.COX-2 may play a certain role in evalution prognosis and clinical treatment.
