We have investigated the thermal entanglement properties of three cases of four qubits in a two-dimension-al J1 - J2 model by calculating the pairwise concurrence. It is found that the critical temperature where the entangle-ment vanishes almost decreases with the increase of the frustration parameter or. We have, also, found that the maxi-mally entangled states can be generated in the third case by choosing the proper frustration parameter α.
