2-homogeneous%Wu-elimination%block characteristic set
We present a block Wu-elimination method for 2-homogeneous polynomial system P which have finite common zeros in algebraically closed field. The method can block-triangularize P and then block-solve it. Its complexity is much better than directly using Wu's method.
