制孔质量是导致碳纤维复合材料产品报废的重要因素.本文从机械加工的角度,论述了碳纤维复材产品制孔工艺过程中的主要缺陷及其形成机理.为解决这些缺陷,根据其形成机理,设计了相关对比工艺试验.在试验验证的基础上,提出了碳纤维复合材料高质量制孔的工艺参数.

The quality of hole drilling is a key factor for scrapping carbon fiber composite products. The major deficiency and its forming mechanisms during the hole drilling process are described from the aspect of machining. To avoid the deficiency, the relevant comparative tests are designed according to the forming mechanisms. Based on the tests, technological parameters of high-quality hole drilling for carbon fiber composites are proposed.
