选用1日龄固始鸡公雏150只,随机分成5个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别饲喂添加0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%果寡糖的饲粮.于21日龄和42日龄分别研究果寡糖对固始鸡血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,(1)0.5%果寡糖能显著提高21日龄和42日龄固始鸡血清总蛋白(P<0.05)、清蛋白(P<0.05)和血清无机磷(P<0.05),同时显著提高21日龄血清球蛋白(P<0.05)和血糖含量(P<0.05);(2)0.3%和0.5%果寡糖能显著提高21日龄谷丙转氨酶(GPT)(P<0.05)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)(P<0.05)活性;(3)0.9%果寡糖能显著提高21日龄血清钙含量(P<0.05);同时显著降低21日龄和42日龄血清总脂含量(P<0.05).综合分析表明,固始鸡日粮中果寡糖的添加量为0.5%时效果较好.
選用1日齡固始鷄公雛150隻,隨機分成5箇處理組,對照組飼餵基礎日糧,試驗組在基礎日糧的基礎上分彆飼餵添加0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、0.9%果寡糖的飼糧.于21日齡和42日齡分彆研究果寡糖對固始鷄血液生化指標的影響.結果錶明,(1)0.5%果寡糖能顯著提高21日齡和42日齡固始鷄血清總蛋白(P<0.05)、清蛋白(P<0.05)和血清無機燐(P<0.05),同時顯著提高21日齡血清毬蛋白(P<0.05)和血糖含量(P<0.05);(2)0.3%和0.5%果寡糖能顯著提高21日齡穀丙轉氨酶(GPT)(P<0.05)和穀草轉氨酶(GOT)(P<0.05)活性;(3)0.9%果寡糖能顯著提高21日齡血清鈣含量(P<0.05);同時顯著降低21日齡和42日齡血清總脂含量(P<0.05).綜閤分析錶明,固始鷄日糧中果寡糖的添加量為0.5%時效果較好.

150 one-day-age male Gushi chicken were randomly divided into 5 groups.The control group was fed basal diet and other experimental groups were fed basal diet added with fructo-oligo saccharide (FOS) 0.3%,0.5%.0.7%and 0.9% respectively.Serum biochemical parameters were examined at 21d-age and 42d-age.Re-sults:(1) Consumption of 0.5% FOS significantly increases serum total protein (P<0.05),albumin (P<0.05) and serum phosphorus (P<0.05) at 21d-age and 42d-age compared with the control group.Meanwhile serum globulin (P<0.05) and serum sugar(P<0.05) are significantly increased at 21d-age.(2)Supplementation with 0.3% and 0.5% FOS significantly increase the activities of serum GOT (P<0.05)and serum GPT(P<0.05) at 21d-age.(3)Supplementation with 0.9% FOS significantly increases serum calcium at 21d-age,and significantly de-creases serum lipids at 21d and 42d-age(P<0.05).It is suggested that 0.5% FOS added in diet is proper for Gushi chicks.
