通过对胶体电池浮充电压进行分析,认为胶体电池浮充电压不均匀实际是负极电位不均匀,这种不均匀与电池早期充电接受程度及部分电池氧气扩散通道没有有效建立致使负极的氧复合去极化不均衡有关,这个引起胶体电池浮充压差的主因与胶体电池本身的工艺特点有必然的关系。还就如何减小胶体电池浮充压差提出了具体措施。

Float charging voltage of the gelled lead-acid battery is analyzed in this paper. The uniformity of lfoat charging voltages originate from the difference of negative potentials of gelled lead-acid batteries. The uniformity is connected with oxygen recombination depolarization imbalance of negative electrodes which is caused by the low early charge acceptance and no effectively established oxygen recombination channels. This is one of the main factors which result in the difference of lfoat charging voltages and is connected with the technological characteristics of gelled lead-acid battery. Then, some measures are pointed out.
