为了使输纸装置能够满足不同类型输纸设备的要求,输纸设备的输纸步距必须是可以改变的。对V形带式、行星环锥式、双电机控制式等几种无级变速机构原理进行了计算分析,对其在输纸机上运用的可能性进行了探讨。结果表明,要实现单自由度无级调速控制输纸机步距,最好的方案是采用双组V形带式无级变速装置。
為瞭使輸紙裝置能夠滿足不同類型輸紙設備的要求,輸紙設備的輸紙步距必鬚是可以改變的。對V形帶式、行星環錐式、雙電機控製式等幾種無級變速機構原理進行瞭計算分析,對其在輸紙機上運用的可能性進行瞭探討。結果錶明,要實現單自由度無級調速控製輸紙機步距,最好的方案是採用雙組V形帶式無級變速裝置。

In order to make the paper feed machine satisfying different types of equipment requirements, first of all, the step of the paper feed machine must be changeable. By giving an computational analysis and possibility discussion of different kinds of stepless speed institutions' organization principle such as V-belt, planetary ring cone, dual variable speed motor- control agencies, we find that the best program to realize the paper feed machine's single freedom stepless variable speed control is to use double V-belt stepless speed change device.
