目的 研究补肾杀虫汤对男性解脲支原体感染患者精子顶体酶活性的影响.方法 选择门诊确诊解脲支原体感染患者93例,通过"补肾杀虫汤"治疗,观察治疗后精子顶体酶活性的变化情况.结果 治愈46例,有效28例,总有效率为79.56%,设为有效组.有效组顶体酶活性由治疗前的(12.97±7.46)(IU/106 上升至(21.3±9.23)μIU/106,治疗前、后精子顶体酶活性差异有显著性(P<0.05).无效19例,设为无效组.无效组精子顶体酶活性治疗后变化不大,为(13.15±7.39)μIU/106,与有效组治疗后的顶体酶活性比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 补肾杀虫汤可通过抑制解脲支原体生长来提高精子顶体酶活性.

Objective To study the influence of bushenshachong soup on acrosomal enzyme activity of patients infected by ureaplasma urealyticum.Methods 53 outpatients diagnosed with ureaplansma urealyticum infection were chosen to by traed with bushenshachong soup.The acrosomal enzyme activity was checked before and after treatment. Results After treatment, 46 cases were cured, 28 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 79.56%, these patients were set for effective group. In this group,acrosomal enzyme activity was increased from (12.97 ± 7.46)mIU/106 before treatment to (21.3 ± 9.23)mIU/106 after treatment. The difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, 19 cases were ineffective;these patients were set for inffective group. Acrosomal enzyme activity was (13.15 ± 7.39)mIU/106 after treatment. The difference with effective group was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushenshachong soup can improve the acrosomal enzyme activity through inhibiting the growth of ureaplasma urealyticum.
