目的观察自拟方“蜈蚣湿疹汤”加减治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效.方法将120例患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,以“蜈蚣湿疹汤”加减水煎后内服治疗;对照组60例,口服西替利嗪或赛庚啶治疗.两组均外用尿素软膏+肤轻松软膏交替涂患处,以20天时段观察治疗效果,随访2个月,观察复发情况.结果治疗组总有效率为93.3％,对照组为68.3％,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);治疗组复发率为20.5％,对照组为53.2％,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 “蜈蚣湿疹汤”治疗慢性湿疹疗效好,复发率低,值得临床推广应用.
목적 관찰자의방“오공습진탕”가감치료만성습진적림상료효.방법 장120례환자수궤분위2조,치료조60례,이“오공습진탕”가감수전후내복치료;대조조60례,구복서체리진혹새경정치료.량조균외용뇨소연고+부경송연고교체도환처,이20천시단관찰치료효과,수방2개월,관찰복발정황.결과 치료조총유효솔위93.3％,대조조위68.3％,차이유현저성(P＜0.05);치료조복발솔위20.5％,대조조위53.2％,차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 “오공습진탕”치료만성습진료효호,복발솔저,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-prescription made Centipede Eczema Soup in treatment for chronic eczema.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,60 patients with Centipede Eczema Soup added with decoction oral treatment; control group,60 patients with oral cetirizine or cyproheptadine treatment.Both groups were using urea topical ointment and Fuqingsong cream alternately coated surface.Treatment effects were observed every 20 days period, with follow-up for 2 months and recurrence rate was recorded.Results The total effective of treatment group was 93.3％ and that of control group was 68.3％.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05) in two groups.The recurrence rate was 20.5％ in the treatment group and 53.2％ in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Centipede Eczema Soup has a better effect on chronic eczema,with lower recurrence rate,it's worthy of clinical application.
