目的:探讨术中造影对进一步了解胆系疾病的病理状态及术式选择价值.方法:应用术中胆系造影对28例胆系疾病进行检查.其中胆总管囊肿24例、先天性胆道闭锁2例、胆道发育不良及原发性硬化性胆管炎各1例.结果:24例胆总管囊肿均明确了诊断,有7例胆管远端显示不清,其余17例中13例(76.4%)有胰胆管合流异常(AJPBD).2例胆道闭锁分别属Ⅰ、Ⅰ型,未见胆胰管合流异常.先天性胆道发育不良和硬化性胆管炎均有AJPBD.结论:术中造影是一种简便易行、具有较高诊断价值的方法,不需要昂贵的设备,一般医院均可施行.

Objective:In order to evaluate the intraoperative cholangiography for further understanding the pathologic changes of biliary disease and for better selecting the operative method.Methods:Intraoperative cholangiography was performed in 28 cases.The technique of intraoperative cholangiography was described in details.Results:Thirteen(76.4%)had abnormal junction of pancreatico biliary duct(AJPBD)in 1 7 cases of choledochal cyst.There were no AJPBD in two cases of biliary atresia.The other two had AJPBD,one with biliary hypoplasia and one primary sclerosing cholangitis.Conclusions:The authors believe that intraoperative cholangiography is a valuable method in diagnosis.It needs only simple equipment which is available in most hospitals.
