通过3%啶虫脒3个不同剂量、10%吡虫啉药剂对照及清水对照试验,结果表明,3%啶虫脒27、36、45 g/hm2(有效成分)3个剂量的处理防效均极显著高于10%吡虫啉20 g/667 m2(商品量)防效,3个剂量之间防效无显著差异.3%啶虫脒3个剂量的处理药后1、3、7d防效高,平均防效99%以上;对照药剂10%吡虫啉20 g/667 m2(商品量)用药后防效94%,从药效、经济、农药残留等综合因素考虑,采用3%啶虫脒27 g/hm2(有效成分)防治棉蚜为宜.

This trial of present study was to base on the investigation of 3 different doses of 3% acetamiprid and reference pesticide of 10% imidacloprid and blank test of water. The control results showed that the efficacy of 3 treaments of 3% acetamiprid with the active ingredient at the effect level of 27, 36, 45 g/hm2 were no significant difference, although 10% imidacloprid at the effect level of 20 g/667 m2 were compared with those was significant difference. The best control result was 3% acetamiprid after 1, 3, 7days and the mean efficacy could get above 99%, but reference pesticide only about 94%. Based on all factors of the test, we suggested to use 3% acetamiprid at the effect level of 27 g/hm2.
