运用结构方程模型来建立上海世博会物流服务的绩效评价模型.首先以安全、及时、准确、有序四项世博会物流运营工作的基本要求为潜变量,运用关键绩效指标的思想结合相关矩阵,提取相应的物流服务评价指标作为显变量.然后,通过模型的拟合及修正得到了各评价指标对潜变量的因子载荷及潜变量之间的路径系数.最后,根据这些因子载荷和路径系数来确定物流绩效各影响因素的权重,并计算出内部和外部两种绩效值,分别用来反映物流运营的内部实际状态和外部顾客的实际感知.通过内外部绩效的对比、分析,来判断世博会物流服务的现状,并识别出有待改进的环节.

The paper constructed an evaluation model of the logistics center service performance based on Structural Equation Modeling.Firstly, "Security", "Timely", "Accurate" and "Orderly", the four basic requirements of the Expo logistics operation,were set as the latent variables;secondly, the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) method and correlation matrix were used to extracted the relevant evaluation indicator of the logistics service as the observed variables; thirdly,after the model fitting and modification,the factor loadings and the coefficients of each path are obtained.At last, according to these factor loadings and path coefficients, the study had determined the weight of the influencing factors of logistics performance, and also calculated "Internal" and "External"performance to reflect the practical estate of the internal logistics operation and the practical perception of the external customer.Through the comparison and analysis of the internal and external performance, the study had estimated the status of the Expo logistics service and identified the tache need to be improved.
