逆境胁迫会激活植物的转录因子,转录因子结合到应答基因的顺式作用元件后可以启动应答基因的表达,调控并减轻逆境胁迫对植物的伤害,因而转录调控在植物对逆境胁迫的应答反应中具有重要的作用.本文对盐胁迫下参与植物应答反应的转录因子及其生物学特性进行了综述,并对这些转录因子在植物耐盐基因工程中的应用前景作出了展望.
逆境脅迫會激活植物的轉錄因子,轉錄因子結閤到應答基因的順式作用元件後可以啟動應答基因的錶達,調控併減輕逆境脅迫對植物的傷害,因而轉錄調控在植物對逆境脅迫的應答反應中具有重要的作用.本文對鹽脅迫下參與植物應答反應的轉錄因子及其生物學特性進行瞭綜述,併對這些轉錄因子在植物耐鹽基因工程中的應用前景作齣瞭展望.

Adverse environments could activate specific plant transcription factors.Expression of plant stresses-responsive genes could be promoted after transcription factors binding to their cis-elements,which could regulate and alleviate the damage of plants under stressed conditions.In this paper,plant transcription factors involving in plant response to salt stressand their biological characteristics were summarized,and the application of transcription factors in salt tolerance engineering of plant was also prospected.
