背景:前列腺增生目前有很多的治疗方法,但寻找中药灌肠剂治疗的实验支持数据尚不多.目的:观察复方贝龙灌肠剂对实验性大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用.设计:随机对照前瞻性研究.地点和对象:实验在西安交通大学第二医院中西医结合科完成.对象为SD品系雄性大白鼠70只,体质量(240±10)g,由陕西省中医药研究院实验动物中心提供.干预:制作前列腺增生大鼠模型,采用随机数字表法将大鼠分为对照组和不同浓度给药组,分别给予复方贝龙灌肠剂10.8,5.4,2.7g/kg治疗,阳性对照组给癃闭舒胶囊内容物0.3 g/kg,观察大鼠前列腺增生抑制作用.主要观察指标:血清睾丸酮及前列腺湿质量和前列腺指数的变化.结果:模型组与对照组比较,前列腺质量及指数均显著增加,模型组和治疗组(2.7 g/kg)前列腺湿质量分别为(597.8±101.1)mg和(374.2±49.7)mg,血清睾酮浓度分别为(65.978±2.380)μg/L和(53.948±52.819)μg/L,前列腺指数分别为2.33±0.4和1.41±0.2,复方贝龙灌肠剂可减轻大鼠前列腺的湿质量(t=6.16,P<0.01),明显抑制大鼠前列腺增生,降低大鼠的睾酮水平(t=10.72,P<0.01).结论:复方贝龙灌肠剂对前列腺增生大鼠具有预防和治疗作用.

BACKGROUND: There are many therapies in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia; however, there are not many data available about the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibition reaction of Beilong compound enema in prostate hyperplasic rat.DESIGN: A randomized controlled prospective study was conducted.SETTING and PARTICIPANTS: This study was completed in the Integrated Department of TCM and Western Medicine, The Second Hospital of Xi' an Jiaotong University. Subjects were 70 SD rats with a body mass of (240 ± 10) g provided by Center for Experimental Animals, Shannxi Institution of Traditional Chinese Medicine.INTERVENTION: Prostate hyperplasic rat model was prepared. Rats were randomly grouped into control and medication(with different strength)group. 10. 8, 5.4 and 2.7 g/kg of Beilong compound enema were given respectively in medication groups and the positive control group was treated by 0.3 g/kg of the content in Longbishu capsule. The inhibition reaction in prostate hyperplasia was observed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Serous testosterone, wet mass of prostate and the changes of prostate index.RESULTS: Prostate mass and index significantly increased in model group compared with that of control group. The prostate wet mass of model group and Beilong(2.7 g/kg) group were (597.8 ± 101.1) mg and (374.2 ±49.7) mg respectively; serous testosterone were (65. 978 ±2. 380) μg/Land (53.948±52.819) μg/L respectively, and prostate index were (2.33 ±0. 4) and (1.41 ±0. 2) respectively, which indicated that Beilong compound enema could lighten prostate wet mass( t = 6. 16, P < 0. 01),significantly inhibit prostate hyperplasia and decrease testosterone level(t =10.72, P <0.01) in rats.CONCLUSION: Beilong compound enema has preventive and therapeutic reactions in prostate hyperplasic rat.
