建立了P-Mo-Bi三元体系光度法测定磷石膏中可溶磷含量的方法,确定了最佳测定条件.本法可消除可溶性硅的干扰,测定在室温下进行,以抗坏血酸为还原剂.硅杂质含量(以SiO2计)在0~5g/L范围内对测定无干扰.所得线性回归方程相关系数为0.9996,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.22×104L/(mol·cm),加标回收率在97.55%以上.该方法反应速度快,稳定性较好,操作简便,并可在很大程度上消除硅杂质的干扰.

A spectrophotometric method was established based on P-Mo-Bi system for the determination of soluble-phosphorus content in phosphogypsum. The optimum conditions were defined. The method eliminated the interference of dissolved silicon, and the determination was carried out at room temperature with ascorbic acid as reductant. The silicon impurities (SiO2) in the range of 0~5g/L did not interfere. The coefficient of correlation for the regression equation was was over 97.55%. The method has the advantages of fast reaction rate, good stability, and simple operation, and can eliminate the interference of silicon impurities considerably.
