結閤加氫車間反應器在生產中運行的現狀,介紹瞭反應器在使用中可能會齣現的問題以及存在的安全隱患,如迴火脆化、氫腐蝕和高溫H2＋H2S腐蝕等,為防止這類問題的齣現,提齣瞭應對措施,同時對檢驗等環節的使用安全性進行瞭探討。
결합가경차간반응기재생산중운행적현상,개소료반응기재사용중가능회출현적문제이급존재적안전은환,여회화취화、경부식화고온H2＋H2S부식등,위방지저류문제적출현,제출료응대조시,동시대검험등배절적사용안전성진행료탐토。
In consideration of existing operating conditions of the hydrogenation reactor,the possible problems which may occur in the operation of reactor and the potential safety hazard,such as temper embrittlement,H2 corrosion and high-temperature H2＋H2S corrosion,etc are described.To prevent these problems,the corresponding measures are proposed,and safety in testing process is discussed.
