目的分析真空采血系统的采血效果,规范真空负压静脉采血操作,减少或避免抽血后并发症.方法收集3 000例门诊老年患者采血资料,进行采血效果的评估分析.结果真空采血一针见血率98.8%,采血后发生护理问题16例,占0.53%,无一例患者发生感染.结论真空静脉采血简单快捷,准确可靠,掌握操作技巧可减少患者痛苦,获取血标本一次采集成功.
