目的观察双料喉风散对拔牙术后并发症的防治效果.方法将我科门诊280例拔牙患者分为两组,治疗组拔牙术后予双料喉风散外用于患处牙槽,对照组不予该药,观察三日后创口愈合情况及并发症的发生率.结果治疗组创口1期愈合的情况优于对照组(P<0.05),术后出血时间短于对照组(P<0.01),牙龈肿胀、疼痛、开口困难轻于对照组(P<0.05).结论双料喉风散外用于患处牙槽可有效防治拔牙术后的疼痛、出血、肿胀等并发症.
목적 관찰쌍료후풍산대발아술후병발증적방치효과.방법 장아과문진280례발아환자분위량조,치료조발아술후여쌍료후풍산외용우환처아조,대조조불여해약,관찰삼일후창구유합정황급병발증적발생솔.결과 치료조창구1기유합적정황우우대조조(P<0.05),술후출혈시간단우대조조(P<0.01),아간종창、동통、개구곤난경우대조조(P<0.05).결론 쌍료후풍산외용우환처아조가유효방치발아술후적동통、출혈、종창등병발증.
Objective To observe the effects of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder on complications of dental extraction .Methods 280 patients who need dental extraction were recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was applied with Shuangliao Houfeng Powder externally on alveolus dentalis after dental extraction, while the control group received no post-treatment after dental extraction. Wound healing and incidence of complications were observed after three days. Results Wound healing in stage 1 showed better results in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). Postoperative bleeding time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.01) . Besides the treatment group got better improvements in such symptoms as gingival swelling, pain, and difficulty in mouth opening than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Shuangliao Houfeng Powder is effective on complications of dental extraction and worthy of promotion in clinic.
