目的 探讨缩宫素在治疗促排卵周期中宫腔积液的效果及其作用机制.方法 回顾性分析1999年8月至2008年4月,在本院接受促排卵加夫精宫腔内人工受精治疗周期中53个出现宫腔积液的治疗周期.应用缩宫素组为实验组,采用移植管负压吸引组为对照组,通过每日阴道B超检测宫腔积液改善情况,比较两组临床妊娠率的差异,并对其机制进行分析.结果 与移植管负压吸引组相比,应用缩宫素治疗组宫腔积液消失时间明显缩短(P<O.05),妊娠率有所提高.结论 对于促排卵周期中出现的宫腔积液,缩宫素有良好的治疗作用,同时也可能有助于提高临床妊娠率.

Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of the oxytocin on intrauterine hydrops during ovulation hyper - stimulation cycle. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment cycles of hyper - stimulation ovulation and intrauterine artificial insemination with their spouse's sperm involving 53 cycles with intrauterine hydrops during August 1999 to April 2008. The experimental group was adopted oxytocin, while the control group was given graft vacuum aspiration. The improvement of intrauterine hydrops was compared through daily vaginal ultrasonic test, so does the rate of clinical pregnancy. The mechanism was analyzed. Results intrauterine hydrops duration in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05) , and rate of clinical pregnancy in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of oxytocin on intrauterine hydrops during ovulation hyper - stimulation cycle is good and it can also promote the clinical pregnancy rate.
