本地网通信线路资料的内容复杂，变动频繁，要求图形和数据信息同步处理，因此资料管理和维护的难度很大，是电信管理网中一个急待解决的难题。本文提供的管理模型比较全面地反映了本地网通信线路组成的最新情况，是开发本地网通信线路资料管理系统的基础。文中提出的基于Maplnfo平台和面向对象的开发方案可以作为实际开发系统的参考。

Communication Line Data of Local Telecommunication Network is composed of a variety of resources such as main distributing frames,trunk cables,wiring cables,connecting boxes,junction boxes,pipes,poles and etc..These resources ard distributed in different places and vary every day.Generally,they appear in two different manners:graphical and tabular,and the two types of information for the resources must change synchronously.Furthermore,users expect to focus on the graphics processing when they cope with the resources.However,it is very difficult to directly handle graphical object on a computer,and for this reason it has been a suspensive problem in TMN. In this paper,the author presents a management model for the communication line data which reflects completely the a current status of the local telecommunication network.On the basis of the presented model and MapInfo platform,the author proposes a feasible solution to develop a relative management system.
