Waste beer yeast selenium%Broiler%Immune organs%GSH-Px
[目的]研究利用啤酒废酵母制备得到的酵母硒对肉鸡免疫器官及组织GSH-Px活力的影响.[方法]选用1日龄平均体重为(42.78±1.08)g的AA商品代肉鸡225羽(公母混合),随机分成5组,每组3次重复,每重复15羽,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.1 mg/kg Na_2SeO_3和0、0.1、0.2、0.3 mg/kg酵母硒的日粮,饲养期42 d.[结果] 21日龄时,0.2或0.3 mg/kg酵母硒组的胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊指数显著高于基础日粮组(P<0.05),42日龄时,各处理组间无显著差异;0.2或0.3 mg/kg酵母硒可显著提高血清和肝脏中的GSH-Px活力(P<0.05),且硒添加水平与血清和肝脏中的GSH-Px活性呈正相关.[结论]由啤酒废酵母制备的酵母硒可促进肉鸡免疫器官的早期发育,提高组织GSH-Px活力,是一种安全的有机硒源饲料添加剂.

[Objective] This research aimed to study the effect of yeast selenium prepared by waste beer yeast on GSH-Px activity in the immune organs and tissue of broilers. [Method] 225 one-day-old AA broilers with the average body weight of (42.78±1.08) g were randomly assigned to five groups with three repetitions, fifteen broilers in each repetition (males and females mixed).The basal diet was supplemented with 0.1 mg/kg Na_2SeO_3, 0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mg/kg yeast selenium respectively to feed broilers for 42 days. [Result] The thymus, spleen and bursa of fabricius index in 0.2 or 0.3 mg/kg yeast selenium group was significantly higher than the basal diet group (P<0.05) on the 21st day, and there was no significant difference between groups on the 42~(nd) day. 0.2 or 0.3 mg/kg yeast selenium could significantly increase the GSH-Px activity in the serum and liver (P<0.05). The level of selenium was positively correlated with GSH-Px activity in the serum and liver. [Conclusion] The yeast selenium could promote the early development of immune organs in chicken and improve the tissue GSH-Px activity. It was a safe source of organic selenium feed additive.
