以浓硫酸为催化剂,采用微波辐射法,在无溶剂条件下,以2-甲基间苯二酚和dl-苹果酸为原料,经Pechmann缩合反应制备标题化合物.对反应条件进行了优化实验,结果表明该反应最佳条件:微波功率240 W,反应时间30 s×5,浓硫酸6 mL,2-甲基间苯二酚和苹果酸物质的量比为1∶1.2,产率52.2%.
以濃硫痠為催化劑,採用微波輻射法,在無溶劑條件下,以2-甲基間苯二酚和dl-蘋果痠為原料,經Pechmann縮閤反應製備標題化閤物.對反應條件進行瞭優化實驗,結果錶明該反應最佳條件:微波功率240 W,反應時間30 s×5,濃硫痠6 mL,2-甲基間苯二酚和蘋果痠物質的量比為1∶1.2,產率52.2%.

7-Hydroxy-8-methyl-coumarin was synthesized via the Pechmann condensation of 2-methylresorcinol and dl-malic acid under microwave irradiation.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:a microwave power of 240 W,a reaction time of 30 s×5,a concentrated sulfuric acid dosage of 6 mL,and a molar ratio of 2-methylresorcinol/dl-malic acid of 1∶1.2.The product yields was 52.2%.
