经荧光增白剂处理过的纸张,其上面的荧光增白剂在一定条件下会有迁移现象。该文对纸张中荧光增白剂含量的测定进行研究,为纸张中荧光增白剂的迁移性检测标准的建立提供一些参考。具体方法是桢拟纸厂浆内添加荧光增白剂BBU和抄纸过程,采用紫外分光光度法(UV法)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对纸张中荧光增白剂BBU的含量进行测定。比较两种不同测定方法,UV法和HPLC法所得的结果差别不大。这两种方法,具有样品前处理操作简便,分离速度快,重复性好,回收率高等特点,可用于批量分析纸张中荧光增白剂BBU的含量。

The paper treated with fluorescent whitening agents has transport phenomenon under certain conditions. In this paper, the research on determination of fluorescent whitening agents in paper can offer an reference to the establishment of standard that detecting the migration of fluorescent whitening agents in paper. We simulated the process of addition of fluorescent whitening agents (BBU) into pulp and paper making. The content of BBU was determined with UV-spectrophotometer and HPLC. Compared the two methods above, we got the conclusion that the difference of BBU content was little between UV-spectrophotometer method and HPLC method. The characteristics of the two methods were easier operated at pretreatment, quickly separated, good repeatability, high rate of recovery etc.. The methods could also be used in quantity analysis.
