构建默契串谋形成机制的理论模型,结论表明企业间形成默契串谋的可能性随企业产能对称性、预期需求的增加而增大。基于该理论模型,根据钾肥生产和贸易现状,对国际钾肥市场进行实证分析,并根据理论研究与实证分析结论提出相关政策建议。

This paper constructed a theoretical model of formation mechanism of tacit collusion.Conclusions show that the possibility of the formation of tacit collusion among enterprises will rise along with enterprises＇ production symmetry and the expected demand.Based on the theoretical model,this paper analyzed the international potash market empirically according to the situation of potash production and trade.Also,it put forward relevant policy recommendations according to theoretical and empirical analysis conclusions.
