目的 通过分析医院近15年的人才培养情况,阐述医院人才培养的创新性制度.方法 整理15年人才培养的基本情况,运用配对T检验和Wilcoxon秩和检验等统计方法分析培养前后人才医、教、研、管理能力的变化状况.结果 通过培养,人才的医、教、研、管理能力有显著性的提升.结论 只有建立创新性的人才培养制度,才能提升医院的综合竞争力,更好地服务于患者.
目的 通過分析醫院近15年的人纔培養情況,闡述醫院人纔培養的創新性製度.方法 整理15年人纔培養的基本情況,運用配對T檢驗和Wilcoxon秩和檢驗等統計方法分析培養前後人纔醫、教、研、管理能力的變化狀況.結果 通過培養,人纔的醫、教、研、管理能力有顯著性的提升.結論 隻有建立創新性的人纔培養製度,纔能提升醫院的綜閤競爭力,更好地服務于患者.
목적 통과분석의원근15년적인재배양정황,천술의원인재배양적창신성제도.방법 정리15년인재배양적기본정황,운용배대T검험화Wilcoxon질화검험등통계방법분석배양전후인재의、교、연、관리능력적변화상황.결과 통과배양,인재적의、교、연、관리능력유현저성적제승.결론 지유건립창신성적인재배양제도,재능제승의원적종합경쟁력,경호지복무우환자.
Objective To elucidate an innovative system on hospital talent training through summarizing the experi'ence in 15 years of talent training in our hospital.Methods Based on the data collected from 15 years of talent training,the statistical methods including paired t-test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used tO evaluate the changes of medical,educational,research and administrative capabilities of talents before and after training.Results The medical,educational,research and administrative capabilities of talents were remarkably improved after the training.Concimion Only the establishment of an innovative talent training system can upgrade the core competitiveness of a hospital and improve the quality of medical service provided to patients.
