以转炉渣为原料,利用熔融法制备矿渣微晶玻璃.利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外光谱分析研究了转炉渣含量变化对微晶玻璃析晶行为的影响.结果表明:随着转炉渣含量的增加,微晶玻璃的主晶相为透辉石和钙铁辉石;晶体尺寸呈先增加后减小的趋势,表面的晶体尺寸大于内部的晶体,晶体析出量逐渐增加;玻璃红外光谱的最强吸收带窄化,在800~1000cm-1范围内出现新的吸收峰,且强度逐渐增强.微晶玻璃中存在[SiO4]和[Fe3+O4]四面体单元,析出相具有和透辉石和钙铁辉石类似的结构.
以轉爐渣為原料,利用鎔融法製備礦渣微晶玻璃.利用X射線衍射、掃描電鏡和紅外光譜分析研究瞭轉爐渣含量變化對微晶玻璃析晶行為的影響.結果錶明:隨著轉爐渣含量的增加,微晶玻璃的主晶相為透輝石和鈣鐵輝石;晶體呎吋呈先增加後減小的趨勢,錶麵的晶體呎吋大于內部的晶體,晶體析齣量逐漸增加;玻璃紅外光譜的最彊吸收帶窄化,在800~1000cm-1範圍內齣現新的吸收峰,且彊度逐漸增彊.微晶玻璃中存在[SiO4]和[Fe3+O4]四麵體單元,析齣相具有和透輝石和鈣鐵輝石類似的結構.

Glass ceramics from converter slag as a raw material were prepared with the melting method. The effects of the mass frac-tion of converter slag on crystallization behavior were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and infrared (IR)spectrum. The crystal phases of glass ceramics are diopside ferrian and bedenbergite. With the increase of the mass fraction of con-verter slag, the crystallization rate increases, and the dimension of the crystals first increases and then decreases, and the dimension ofthe surface crystals is bigger than those of the inner crystals; The strongest absorption bands of IR are narrowed, and there are newabsorption bands between 800-1 000 cm-1, and its intensity gradually increases. There are SiO4 and [Fe3+O4] tetrabedral units in glassceramics. The short range order is the similar as structure of diopside ferrian and hedenbergite existed in the glass ceramics and hasthe precursor structures of crystal phase.
