微热管中工质量的多少,不仅影响微热管的传热性能,而且会影响微热管的传热安全性、可靠性与抗冻性.为了研究烧结式微热管中工质量的实验数学模型,通过对微热管工作原理与热流密度变化规律的分析,建立了微热管中工质量的数学模型,并通过对以蒸馏水作为工质,且对微热管灌注不同的工质量,在不同的温度下进行传热性能试验,对所建立模型中的相关参数进行求解.结果表明,在实际应用中,用所建立的实验模型进行计算,得出的工质量对烧结式微热管进行灌注,可以使烧结式微热管得到很好的传热性能.

Liquid inventory of micro heat pipe (MHP) affects MHPs heat transfer security, reliability and frost resistance as well as its heat transfer capability. In order to study the experimental mathematical model for liquid inventory of MHP with sintered wick,a mathematical model is working principles and its heat flux changing, then using distilled water as working fluid, a series of experiments were conducted at different temperatures to study heat transfer performances of MHP perfused with different liquid inventories, and finally the values of the relevant parameters in the model were determined. Experimental results show that in practice MHP can obtain better heat transfer capability when they are perfused with liquid inventory calculated by the experimental model proposed.
