通过溶液培养,研究了不同浓度融雪剂对水稻幼苗生长及部分生理特性的影响.结果表明:在高浓度的融雪剂胁迫下水稻幼苗苗高和根长变小,植株生长受到抑制,低浓度(质量浓度为0.1g,L)融雪剂处理后叶绿素含量略有增加,高浓度的融雪剂处理后叶绿素的含量大幅度下降.质量浓度高于1g/L的融雪剂处理水稻幼苗,根部可溶性糖的含量急剧上升,叶片膜脂过氧化产物NDA含量增加,同时膜受到损伤膜透性增大.

통과용액배양,연구료불동농도융설제대수도유묘생장급부분생리특성적영향.결과표명:재고농도적융설제협박하수도유묘묘고화근장변소,식주생장수도억제,저농도(질량농도위0.1g,L)융설제처리후협록소함량략유증가,고농도적융설제처리후협록소적함량대폭도하강.질량농도고우1g/L적융설제처리수도유묘,근부가용성당적함량급극상승,협편막지과양화산물NDA함량증가,동시막수도손상막투성증대.
Nutrient solution culture experiment was eondueted to study the effect of snow-melting agent treatment(0,0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 g/L)on plant growth and some physiological characteristics of rice seedlings.The results showed that high concentration snow-melting agent inhibited the increase of plant height;low concentration of snow-melting agent(0.1 g/L)treatment increased chlorophyll content though high concentration of snowmdt agent(1.0g/L)treatment could reduce it.Additionally,snow-melting agent treatment increased MDA and soluble sugar content,mad increased the cell membrane permeability.
