1-chloro-2,2,2-triphenylethane%methylacryloyl chloride%2-methyl-5,5,5-triphenyl-1-pentylen-3-one%synthesis
2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯和镁反应生成2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯化镁,然后再与甲基丙烯酰氯偶合,合成了未见文献报道的化合物2-甲基-5,5,5-三苯基-1-戊烯-3-酮.探讨了影响反应的各种因素,并找到了较好的合成条件.
2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯和鎂反應生成2,2,2-三苯基乙基氯化鎂,然後再與甲基丙烯酰氯偶閤,閤成瞭未見文獻報道的化閤物2-甲基-5,5,5-三苯基-1-戊烯-3-酮.探討瞭影響反應的各種因素,併找到瞭較好的閤成條件.

2-methyl-5,5,5 -triphenyl-1-pentylen-3-one was synthesized by the reaction of methylacryloyl chloride with 2,2,2-triphenylethylmagnesium chloride,which was derived from 1-chloro-2,2,2-triphenylethane.The factors effecting the reaction were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.
