将脂肽类生物表面活性剂用于活性染料染后皂洗,探讨了pH值、脂肽质量浓度和皂洗温度对皂洗效果的影响.与传统的皂洗工艺相比,脂肽皂洗工艺去除浮色效果更好,皂洗后织物的色牢度更高.优化的脂肽皂洗条件为:脂肽质量浓度0.05 g/L,pH值9,浴比1:30,皂洗温度75℃.

Microbial lipopeptides was applied to soaping of cotton reactive dyeings. Influences of oH value, lipopeptides concentration and soaping temperature on soaping effect were discussed. Lipopeptides soaping process and traditional soaping process were compared. Results showed that the optimum lipopeptides soaping process was lipopeptides 0.05 g/L,pH value 9,bath ratio 1:30,soaping temperature 75 ℃. Lipopeptides soaping process featured better color removal and color fastness vcompared to traditional soaping process.
