目的:筛选纤维素分解菌,构建复合微生物菌系进行混合培养,获得降解纤维素能力强的复合菌系.方法:从高温阶段堆肥样品、腐熟肥料、牛粪和土壤中筛选出能较好降解纤维素的菌株,进行单独与混合发酵培养,测其酶活.结果:获得降解纤维素能力较强的细菌3株、霉菌4株、放线菌2株.按不同的接种比例构建了4组复合微生物菌系,4个组合的滤纸失重率分别达到41.52%、44.94%、41.82%、37.11%,液体发酵的平均CMC酶活分别为624U/g、988U/g、769U/g、1041U/g,固体发酵的平均CMC酶活分别为4240U/g、5289U/g、4807U/g、5344U/g.结论:综合分析复合菌系滤纸条降解能力、CMC酶活、FAP酶活表明,组合二分解纤维素能力明显强于其他几个组合.

목적:사선섬유소분해균,구건복합미생물균계진행혼합배양,획득강해섬유소능력강적복합균계.방법:종고온계단퇴비양품、부숙비료、우분화토양중사선출능교호강해섬유소적균주,진행단독여혼합발효배양,측기매활.결과:획득강해섬유소능력교강적세균3주、매균4주、방선균2주.안불동적접충비례구건료4조복합미생물균계,4개조합적려지실중솔분별체도41.52%、44.94%、41.82%、37.11%,액체발효적평균CMC매활분별위624U/g、988U/g、769U/g、1041U/g,고체발효적평균CMC매활분별위4240U/g、5289U/g、4807U/g、5344U/g.결론:종합분석복합균계려지조강해능력、CMC매활、FAP매활표명,조합이분해섬유소능력명현강우기타궤개조합.
Objective: Screen cellulose- decomposing microorganisms and constructe complex microbial system to culture in order to get the best compounding.Method: The strains that could decompose cellulose were screened out from samples, such as manure of high tem-perature period, well - retted manure, cow manure and soil.The enzyme activitys were analyzed during they were cultured solely and by mixed fermentation.Result: 3 strains of bacterias, 4 strains of moulds and 2 strains of actinomyces were obtained by preliminary screening and intermediate screening.Four complex microbial systems were constructed.The filter paper were decomposed 41.52%, 44.94%, 41.82%, 37.11% respectively by mixed culturing of four kinds of compounding.In the course of liquid - state fermentation the average CMC enzyme activity were 624U/g, 988U/g, 769U/g, 1041U/g respectively.Through solid fermentation the average CMC enzyme activity were 4240U/g, 5289U/g, 4807U/g, 5344U/g respectively.Conclusion: According to the experiment result, the ability of decompo-sing cellulose of four kinds of compounding are all effective, which the second compounding is the best.
