[目的]探讨糖尿病患者与非糖尿病的陈旧性心肌梗塞(mvocardial infarction,MI)患者的心血管风险.[方法]对比97例糖尿病患者和65例陈旧性心肌梗死的非糖尿病患者的心血管风险.[结果]糖尿病组心血管性死亡的风险比为1.78%(95%CI,1.72~1.83),非糖尿病的陈旧性MI组风险比为1.81%(95%CI,1.73~2.01),两组风险比无差异(P>0.05).两组全因病死率相似,其结果分别是1.33%(95%CI,1.30~1.35)和1.31%(95%CI,1.25~1.34)(P>0.05).[结论]心血管风险在30岁以上的糖尿病患者和非糖尿病的陈旧性MI患者中是相似的.

[Objective] To explore the cardiovascular risk in diabetes patients and remote myocardial infarction without di-abetics patients. [Methods] A total of 97 cases of diabetes patients and 65 cases of remote myocardial infarction without diabetics patients were compared for the cardiovascular risk. [Results] Cox proportional-hazard ratios for cardiovascular death were 1.78 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.72 to1.83) in patians with diabetes mellitus without a remofe my-ocardial infarction and 1.81 (95% CI, 1.73 to 2.01) in nondiabetic patians with a remote myocardial infarction , Haz-ard ratio were no difference tetween the two groups. (P>0.05).All-cause mortality in the two groups were similar, re-suits were 1.33% (95%CI, 1.30 to 1.35) and 1.31% (95%CI, 1.25 to 1.34) (P>0.05). [Conclusions] In pa-tients ≥30 years of age who received glucose-lowering therapy have similar cardiovascular risk with those of nondiabetics having a history of a remote myocardial infarction.
