为了解决实验数据的拟合问题,用支持向量回归机对实验数据进行回归拟合,给出了具体实现方法,并用典型的二次函数对响应面模型的回归精度进行了数值验证.针对树脂零件的成型工艺参数的优化设计问题,给出了支持向量回归机响应面模型的应用方法.实例证明了所提出方法的有效性和实用性.
為瞭解決實驗數據的擬閤問題,用支持嚮量迴歸機對實驗數據進行迴歸擬閤,給齣瞭具體實現方法,併用典型的二次函數對響應麵模型的迴歸精度進行瞭數值驗證.針對樹脂零件的成型工藝參數的優化設計問題,給齣瞭支持嚮量迴歸機響應麵模型的應用方法.實例證明瞭所提齣方法的有效性和實用性.

In order to solve the problem of regression of experiment data,the response surface method was put forward based on support vector machine. The support vector regression was used as the regression function of experiment data. This method was presented in detail,and the regression precision of this method was validated by using an example in which the response surface of a quadratic function was established. For the optimization of molding technique parameters of a part made of colophony,the application of response surface method was demonstrated,and it shows that the proposed method is effective in engineering application.
