利用DTA/TG、XRD方法研究溶胶凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石(HA)烧结热处理过程中的相转变规律,同时研究制备HA涂层时保温处理对TLM(TiZrSnMoNb系)合金基体力学性能的影响.结果表明,在制备HA涂层的过程中.热处理温度为450~1000℃,所得的HA的晶化程度较高,较纯净.
利用DTA/TG、XRD方法研究溶膠凝膠法製備羥基燐灰石(HA)燒結熱處理過程中的相轉變規律,同時研究製備HA塗層時保溫處理對TLM(TiZrSnMoNb繫)閤金基體力學性能的影響.結果錶明,在製備HA塗層的過程中.熱處理溫度為450~1000℃,所得的HA的晶化程度較高,較純淨.

Hydroxyapatite was prepared by sol-gel method. The phase transition regularity in heat treatment wa sstudied by DTA/TG and XRD. The effects of heat treatment process on the TLM alloy substrate's mechanical properties were also studied. The results show that temperature range should lie in 450~1000 ℃ when preparing HA coating. The HA is pure and has a higher crystallinity. The insulation heat treatment temperature should be near TLM alloy's phase transition point or lie in α+β phase. It can reduce the effects on the TLM alloy substrate and get a well bonding, and homogeneous HA coating.
