通过解剖、显微观察和测量分析,研究了肉苁蓉种子的形态结构,并对层积处理后和未层积处理的种子形态进行比较.结果表明,低温层积3个月后肉苁蓉种子光泽度降低,种仁的长度和宽度均显著增加,说明层积处理可以有效加快肉苁蓉种子的后熟过程以打破休眠.

Seed morphology and structure of C. deserticola was comparative studied by using anatomy, microscopic observation and measurement method in this paper. The morphological change of the kernels before and after stratification were analyzed. Results showed that glossiness of the C. deserticola seeds reduced , the lengths and widths of the kernels increased significantly after cold stratification for 3 months. It was concluded that stratification could induce after- ripening and remove dormancy effectively.
