近年中美之间发生的贸易纠纷有从货物贸易转向服务贸易的倾向。伴随着服务贸易的快速发展,其纠纷和争端也开始增多。服务贸易与意识形态关系密切,引发纠纷的原因和特点与货物贸易有别,应采取措施来解决服务贸易纠纷。
近年中美之間髮生的貿易糾紛有從貨物貿易轉嚮服務貿易的傾嚮。伴隨著服務貿易的快速髮展,其糾紛和爭耑也開始增多。服務貿易與意識形態關繫密切,引髮糾紛的原因和特點與貨物貿易有彆,應採取措施來解決服務貿易糾紛。
근년중미지간발생적무역규분유종화물무역전향복무무역적경향。반수착복무무역적쾌속발전,기규분화쟁단야개시증다。복무무역여의식형태관계밀절,인발규분적원인화특점여화물무역유별,응채취조시래해결복무무역규분。
The trade disputes between China and the U.S. have shifted from trade in goods to trade in services in recent years. With the rapid development of trade in services, the trade disputes and conflicts in services have begun to increase. As service trade involves ideology, its causes and characteristics are different from those of trade in goods. Measures should be taken to solve the trade disputes in services.
