近年来,仿真技术在雷达产品的加工制造过程中逐步得到应用,在研究加工过程、优化工艺参数、缩短产品研制周期等方面均发挥了重要作用。针对雷达产品的几种关键制造工艺,重点介绍了数值模拟仿真技术的应用状况及取得的成效,指出当前制约工艺仿真技术进一步应用面临的主要问题。最后,对雷达工艺过程数值仿真的发展方向作了初步的探讨。
近年來,倣真技術在雷達產品的加工製造過程中逐步得到應用,在研究加工過程、優化工藝參數、縮短產品研製週期等方麵均髮揮瞭重要作用。針對雷達產品的幾種關鍵製造工藝,重點介紹瞭數值模擬倣真技術的應用狀況及取得的成效,指齣噹前製約工藝倣真技術進一步應用麵臨的主要問題。最後,對雷達工藝過程數值倣真的髮展方嚮作瞭初步的探討。

Recently,the numerical simulation technology has been widely applied in manufacture process of radar products and has played an important role in the investigation of manufacture process,parameters optimization and the shortening of production cycle.In this paper,the effects and status of the application of numerical simulation about some key manufacture techniques in radar manufacture process were presented,and the main problems that restrict further simulation application were discussed.At last,a preliminary study on the trend of simulation technology for radar manufacture process was carried out.
