以三叶青不带腋芽的茎段为外植体,采用正交试验的方法研究了不同培养基和激素水平对三叶青愈伤组织诱导及不定芽分化的影响。结果表明,以培养基MS+6-BA2mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L最有利于愈伤组织的诱导,20d后诱导率为96.7%;以培养基B5+6-BA2rag/L+NAA1.0mg/L最有利于不定芽的分化,40d后分化率为66.7%。

The orthogonal experiment was designed to study the impact of different medium,hormone combination on differentiation and callus induction from stem withont auxiliary bud of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.The results showed that the optimal callus induction medium was MS+6-BA 2 mg/L +IBA 0.2 mg/L, the callus induction rate was 96.7% after 20 days;The optimal differentiation medium was B5+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 1.0 rag/L, the bud differentiation rate was 66.7% after 40 days.
