目的探讨腹膜前无张力疝修补术在股疝手术治疗中的应用.方法回顾性分析应用Modified Kugel补片进行腹膜前无张力疝修补术的16例股疝患者临床资料,评估术后恢复与术后并发症情况.结果全组病例术后疼痛轻微,无切口感染,术后12～24 h可下地活动,平均住院时间4 d.术后随访3～27个月,无复发,无异物感及慢性疼痛.结论腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗股疝符合解剖与生理,是一种合理而理想的手术方式,临床效果确切,术后并发症少.

Objective To explore the application of preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of femoral hernia. Methods The data of 16 femoral hernia patients treated with preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty by Modified Kugel patch was reviewed. The postoperative recovery conditions and complications were evaluated. Results All cases had slight wound pain after operation. No one had wound infection. The ambulation time after surgery was 12 to 24 hours. The average length of stay was 4 days. All cases were followed up for 3 to 27 months. No recurrence occured and no one had the feeling of foreign body or chronic pain. Conclusions Preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty is consistent with anatomy and physiology in the treatment of femoral hernia. It is a reasonable and safe surgical method.
